My storage unit was nice and clean when I moved in, and the whole place feels "well maintained." No weird smells, no leaks, and nothing that made me worry. I’m happy with it so far.

I’ve been using this Public Storage for a few months now, and it’s actually been really clean every time I go. The hallways don’t have any weird smells, the floors are always swept, and my unit was spotless when I first moved in.

I used Public Storage for a few months while I was between apartments, and it was smoother than I expected. I was a little confused at first about where to go and how the gate code worked, but it ended up being simple. Move-in was quick, the code worked right away, and the unit looked clean enough when I got there.
Moving out was also painless, which surprised me because I wasn’t totally sure what the process was supposed to be. I just swept the space, took my lock, and told the office I was done. No random extra charges or back-and-forth, and the staff was nice both times. I’d use them again.

I booked online without any trouble, and managing my account was easy too. The account page isn’t anything fancy, but it does what you need it to do.

I felt good about leaving my stuff here... the gate and cameras definitely gave me some peace of mind. The area was clean, and I didn’t see anything that felt sketchy. My only small complaint is that I wish the lighting was a little brighter at night.

So far, the price has stayed reasonable, at least from what I can tell. I kept expecting some big rent jump or wondering if I was missing something, but there haven’t been any crazy hikes.
